To cancel an order

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulatons, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the goods. However, in the interests of hygiene, we regret this does not apply to unwanted pierced products, hosiery, confectionery and Musical Instruments.

To return an order

Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, may be returned for a full refund. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt. We regret that it is not currently possible to exchange an item on our website, however it may be possible to do this in our store depending on availability. This does not apply to items which can not be returned for hygiene reasons (as detailed above)
Please note - Your despatch note will be required as proof of purchase.

Refund Policy

Once the goods are return.we will make sure that the goods are returned. in the same packaging and same condition.

we will not refund any money if the item has been used and if we receive the goods after 7 days of date of delivery.

It will take 28 working days to process refund.
